Upscale steak house Ruth’s Chris is going all-American with their July Ruth’s Chris Steak House TasteMaker Dinner. Part of the larger TasteMaker dinner series, each evening is carefully curated with thoughtful pairings of food and beverages.
Together, the five-course menu and paired drinks make for the perfect summer outing–and gives a nod to traditional American summers.
“Summer is about relaxing with family and friends around a table full of food and drinks that elevate the experience. This menu comes from the inspiration of the traditional American summer outing,” said Abdiel Aleman, Vice President of Culinary Development for Ruth’s Chris Steak House. “The flavors of watermelon, pomegranate, chicken, steak and seafood are all familiar, but we put a spin on them to bring the flavors out in each and complement The Federalist Wines and Tito’s Handmade Vodka cocktails”
With refreshing pairings such as Tito’s Texas Spritz Cocktail and a fresh arugula and watermelon salad, and a classic Filet Mignon paired with the Dueling Pistols Dry Creek Red Blend, the menu was curated especially for the July Ruth’s Chris Steak House TasteMaker Dinner by Ruth’s Chris chefs, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and The Federalist Wines.

If you want to check out an upcoming TasteMaker event at one of the Ruth’s Chris Steak Houses, in August there will be an evening of pairings with Veuve Clicquot. In October, the wine pairing partner is October Caymus Vineyards; and in November it’s the Stags’ Leap Winery (side note, we visited Stag’s Leap Winery in Napa two summers ago and highly recommend their wines!)
